update

correct scaling in the browser plugin

fixed the station despawning bug

added a fast forward ability. keep accelerating past maximum velocity and the game will continue up to 4x game speed. if the ship is damaged  it will return to normal speed. the status of fast forward is displayed in the top left corner.
